Returning or exchanging the product is a right for all our customers, and it includes all products we offer in our store.

All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions set out on this page.

- It can be returned or exchanged if the product is in its original condition as purchased and packaged in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within three (7) days of the date of receipt, and no request will be considered after the expiry of this period. .

- In case of a return or exchange request, please photograph the product and send it to the email, specifying the city, address, and order number.

- The product will be replaced with another one free of charge if the product is faulty, has an industrial defect, or does not work as agreed upon in the product advertisement and product page.

- Shipping fees will be deducted, set at fifty dirhams (25 AED), if the customer does not want the product and the latter does not suffer from a defect or problem mentioned. .
